The data controller for Samurai Golf is Newbridge Inc., a Tokyo-based media company.

What we collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. We use it only to send the newsletter you requested.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pieces readers spend time with. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data; it does not identify you personally.

Affiliate clicks are counted as events so we can see which retailer links work. These events record only the brand, the article path, and the link position — not you.

What we do not collect

We do not run retargeting pixels, we do not sell data to advertisers, and we do not share email addresses with third parties outside the newsletter service.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link included in every issue. You can also ask us to delete the address on file by replying to any newsletter issue.
